Steane were appointed to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical design and installation to the former Coventry Evening Telegraph offices and print works. The existing building was converted into an 88 bedroom retro Boutique Hotel with restaurants and rooftop bar.
Remaining sympathetic to the existing structure and refurbing areas to incorporate key pieces of the print works, this hotel is themed in in a unique high spec style reminiscent of 'Mad Men'.
Since completion, Steane is also carrying out the planned M&E maintenance works for the Hotel.
